Our Story
Treshele and Yvonne McDaniel were born in Akron, OH and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1999. They sit under the awesome ministry/teaching of Pastor Rick Garrett of AZUSA World Ministries, South Mountain.
In 1996, Treshele and Yvonne found themselves fresh out of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and seated in a service at Harvest House Christian Center in Akron, Ohio, where they sat amazed at the powerful words of Prophetess Juanita Bynum. Before the service was over, Prophetess Bynum had prophesied into the lives of both of these sisters. Not knowing that they were sisters, she dressed them for the nations and declared that their ministry would reach and change the lives of many.
The two sisters began their ministry of mime while working as leaders in the mime department for the AZUSA World Ministries Theater Group in the year 2001 but, even Marcel Marceau could not have imagined this unique form of art portrayed with such
Treshele and Yvonne have applied their white face make-up, gloves, and robes, and are now taking the nation by storm as Yielded Vessel Mime Ministry. This amazing duo has combined music with dramatic movement, and accompanied by songs such as Ce Ce Winan’s “Alabaster Box”, Yolanda Adams’, “In The Midst of It All”, and Shekinah Glory’s, “Praise Is What I do”, they portray God’s influence on mans life. With unique storytelling ability, and without saying a word, Yielded Vessel deals with issue after issue as they illustrate the way fractured lives can be mended and reconciled to God. By the end of every mime, youth, as well as adults, stand amazed and teary-eyed.
They have ministered to thousands of Youth at Y.U.G.O. conferences, with Dr. Patricia Bailey. They’ve also appeared on the Bobby Jones show, The Word Channel, TBN, Daystar, and Internationally with The 700 Club. They’ve graced the stage for The NAACP Gospelfest in Anchorage, Alaska and The Freedom Fund Dinner in Akron, Ohio. Never tiring Yielded Vessel continues to minister at events such as The Black Film Festivals, The Black Expos, and various open mics. They have been known to minister in parks, schools, Military Bases, Correctional Facilities, and colleges.
Their vision is to continue to impact the world with the unique ministry of mime, reverencing the only true and living God while saving souls along the way.
